Due to circumstances beyond my control, I cancelled my room within the cancellation time, a month later I found they had charged me more than they originally quoted despite having called me back to confirm the cancellation, this was done after I was due to stay. When I phoned to complain, I was shouted at and there was a definite implication that I was lying. Having spoken to the local tourist board they informed me that this was a common issue amongst other issues and in line with their usual policy it was unlikely I would recieve my money back and advised me to either contact trading standards or police as this would add weight to the ever growing list of complaints. DO NOT STAY HERE.
